How do I pay my monthly balance?
You will receive a monthly statement from GE MoneyBank, parent company of CareCredit and SoundChoice. Simply pay your monthly balance by mail with a check or money order. You can also pay online at www.carecredit.com.

Are there any upfront costs or “out of pocket” expenses?
No initial payment by the patient is required to purchase hearing aids. Patients can begin treatment the same day because SoundChoice financing covers 100% of your treatment. Some providers may require a minimum down payment or deposit.

How can I qualify for SoundChoice?
Approval is based on information from a brief credit application. This includes information from the primary applicant, total household income as well as any co-applicant. Last year SoundChoice approved 81% of all applications submitted.

Can I apply for SoundChoice online?
Absolutely! Applying online is quick, easy, and secure with SSL-encryption. Simply complete and submit your application to receive a decision in seconds. Once approved, print out your response, and present it, along with two (2) forms of identification at your practice. Your SoundChoice card should arrive within three weeks. It’s that easy! When will I receive my first SoundChoice credit billing statement?
You will not receive a billing statement from SoundChoice until a charge has been processed on your account. Once a charge has been processed, you will receive your first billing statement within 30 days. Your statement will come from GE MoneyBank, parent company of the SoundChoice program and CareCredit.

Can I pay off my SoundChoice account before the end of the term?
Yes. There are no pre-payment penalties with SoundChoice.

If you would like to use the SoundChoice program but your hearing healthcare professional doesn’t offer it, please take a moment and click here to fill out our referral form. We will contact the practice on your behalf to discuss the benefits of offering SoundChoice to their patients.

I already have a SoundChoice account but I would like to use it again, can I?
Yes, you can use your SoundChoice account at any SoundChoice/CareCredit practice. As long as you have the available credit on your account, you can use your card for ongoing or new treatment and procedures, without the need to reapply.

Can I access my account or make a payment online?

SoundChoice offers patients unable to make that upfront cash or credit card payment an additional financial option. SoundChoice financing options offer lower rates than most credit cards as well. What about security for personal information.
SoundChoice will not sell or release your information. There will be no solicitations by mail or phone. The work individually with all applicants in the patient financing process to ensure success in financial payments for hearing aids.
